Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 5–7 business days, while Express shipping generally takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the destinations available at checkout, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties or local taxes. Any applicable charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you haven't received your tracking email, check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact our support team.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancellation. Once an order has entered processing or been shipped, we may not be able to make changes — in that case, you may need to follow our standard return process after delivery.

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
